Can be done by a nokia phone and datacable so long as you dont want to
handle that many messages. Alternatively companies such as NovelSoft
(www.novelsoft.ch) can provide two way SMS services.

I've developed a lot of SMS-Based services at a company I use to work
with, if I can be of any help dont hesitate to mail me off-list.
