cpc sell a  nice cheap one
actually its a tv aerial rotator for a caravan or summat, but ive put cctv
cameras on em.
you cant do pan and tilt but if you strap 2 of  them together as you see
fit
it can be done (a bit heath robinson though) but they are cheap <15 quid
each .
they are wired BTW
