As temporary as most of my personal HA plans are :- But yes, I have a
filter I can take apart. I just thought it couldn't be that hard to put
together the bits to replicate it.

I guess this is going to be a temporary solution, so why not take apart
an existing ADSL filter.  Unsolder any bulky components and refit them
on the end of extender wires so that it can all fit inside a socket.
