Depends on how many you have on your exchange. With around 1,000 homes on
mine I need 1 in 3 people to reg. And if I take into account the 6km range
that might be more like 1 in 2!

They are telling us on this call that it's been done on a
"weighted-formula"
depending on the number of lines on your exchange.
