Yeah, the FAQ is currently down, as is the whole smgsystems site. It was
hosted here on the end of my dsl line, but when that went last November
it's
been down ever since (Tim's only the first or 2nd to mention it)
If there's enough interest I'll set it back up again .... do you want it
back
again?
