The other possibility is "HomeLet". They specialise in insurance
for
landlords and tenants.

Don't seem to have an obvious web site, but any letting agency will
be able to hand out their brochures.

They are well regarded by landlords, and offer good, cost-effective
policies. (Signficantly cheaper than "second-house" policies from
mainstream insurers.) No idea what they're like for tenants :-(
