Did some digging and might go for a Shuttle SK41G as they have 2xSerial
Ports
It will sound strage when my sister asks "What do you want for
Christmas?"
and I say "256MB RAM please!"
Even stranger when I ask the wife for a athlon CPU! How very romantic :-)

You can buy a riser card to make two PCI slots.  ISTR http://www.linitx.com
do them.  I have seen riser cards for more slots, but I can't remember
where!
