It appears I have an Ademco Microtech Accord xpc system. I have also
discovered that the serial port is actually a serial printer port and
with some appropriate Downloader software (which I'm not sure I have)
I can print the last 250 date and time stamped events - now if only I
could get access (electronically) to those!
The system is due it's annual service a week on Monday - i'm tempted
to take the day of work to have a quick chat with the engineer whilst
he's on site... :-)
