I didn't get the software :( so a bit stumped with that. Sounds like a good
app though...

I also have the software that came with my Meteor which is an application
all on its own. It has some neat bits in it including logging to a
database (don't know what sort), stats software for inbound and outbound
calls, costs and other stuff. I know it can export to an access database
but have never looked any further. I have it running on Win2k server but I
don't know about XP. No Linux solution either.

With others suggestions you should have a fair choice of solutions so have
fun.
