I'd go for a regulated PSU,  the first one is unregulated and the second
doesn't say :-

Provided you go for a PSU that can handle 800ma or more @ 5v regulated 
then
you shouldn't have any problems.

(Just remember to check the polarity of the power plug ;-)

I need to replace my ME102 AP's PSU. Specs are :

230V/50Hz 200mA
Output 5V - 800mA

Two choices are :
