Checkout Media Jukebox - it has an option to get cover art for your whole
collection - got around 50% of my 50,000 tracks :)

I do remember recently a perl script for SliMP3 users that used the
Amazon.com developers interface to search their database for the CD and
download the image.

Can't find it anywhere now....
