To those that are familiar with car speakers, can you point out the
differences between speakers you would normally buy for cars compared to
those being sold for in-wall residential use?

A friend of mine recently fitted a couple of car speakers (painted
white) into his bathroom because he thought the in-wall speakers were
far too expensive for what they were. I know very little about car
speakers but surely there are differences or most diy'ers would be using
car speakers.
