Didn't work for me last time I tried it I'm afraid but of course your
mileage may vary - what I had to do was put a UM7206 (universal module)
across the PCB terminals and get HomeVision to send an on-off to the module
as part of its power recovery programming (and hence start up the PC).

Of course this is no good here as no HomeVision (the PC is the HA
controller).
