if you havent relocked your xbox harddisk (i.e. you dont need to unless
you plan on using xbox live etc)  then you can put the old drive back
in the xbox and run a program like configmagic (you can get that from
the slayers dick or from the xbins ftp site) to unlock the hard disk

if you have relocked your disk (the new on) then, unfortunately, you're
screwed.  no way to get it back, short of brute forcing the key, which
might take a while
