You could always use the PRI card, and just have an ISDN30 bearer
installed with only a couple of the channels enabled. You don't need 30
channels running on an ISDN30, and as you pay on a per channel basis,
although it's slightly more it would be less than the cost of a BRI card.

We run a number of ISDN30 bearers into our Meridian, and on the last
circuit we only use and have 10 channels enabled.
