Sorry Ben I can be of little or no help at all I'm afraid as I don't have
access to a MAC and I only use IE.

It sounds as if the browser is not passing on the nickname, by default it
will assign "Anonymous" or "Anon***" where * is a digit
if no username is
defined. It picks up the username from the sign in details from the site,
so
if you register a username it will use that so long as you're logged in.
TBH, in weeks of testing this module on ukwhitegoods you're the first
person
to have a problem, but then they would almost all be using Win OS with IE
there as well I should imagine.

Sorry, not much help. The only thing I can think of trying is to register
an
account and try it logged in, if you do could you let me know if it works.
