Paul, I open/close my curtains using a relay connected to HV, works
faultlessly since installing it months and months ago.

did anyone ever get anywhere implementing anything similar that could
be hard wired to say comfort which would allow disrete open close etc?

Or can it be done by adding a relay in parallel to the existing
switch and controlling that via short pulses from Comfort or
Homevision
