What IPAQ do you have?? The version of CE is specific to the device,
(based on model numbers and stuff) sue to the drivers and bits...

Compaq offeres a service where if you send it back to them they will
reinstall WinCE.... well they used to!!

maybe contacting them is your best bet?!
