OT system.ini setting

Hello,

Sorry to intrude with a win98se problem (again)... where's the best
place to ask about such things and be on-topic?

Intermittently I get a blue screen advising me that "MINSPs"
should be
set to a higher value in system.ini. I cannot find a MINSP= statement
in system.ini so which section should I add it to, and what value
should I assign it?
