JAlbum from www.datadosen.se/jalbum.
It's free, it's simple and it creates album from your folder of images
in 5 min.
Users contribute by creating their own templates, so quite a choice
there.
I found it through the Google a few months ago and I'm very happy with
it. Doesn't require ASP, PHP or any engine.
