Hi Paul,

You don't actually need a tuner card as such. Just a video frame grabber
type card will do, plus those tend to have 4 or even 8 inputs so you only
need the one card for several cameras. They are a little difficult and
sometimes expensive to come by in this country so I'm trying to set up a
supplier that I can get them from cheap and test against so I know they
work. I know this probably won't be in time for you though if you are in a
hurry.

Unless of course you really do want a 'tuner' card and are going to be
monitoring TV stations!
