I happily run cameras which are supposed to use coax/screened cable
over CAT5 - there is a slight degradation in some cases, but it's
fine for CCTV use.

The only restriction on what you connect is that ultimately it ends
up as composite video - the server supports both NTSC and PAL
according to the docs - so if the wireless cams use, say, a SCART
connector or have an external UHF modulator for connection to a TV,
the chances are they'll work fine, once you've made up the relevant
adapter/chopped the cables up.
