Wayne, you can control X10 and/or switch relays. Comfort uses the XM10E to
control X10 and the RLY01 relay board for relays. Have a browse around
www.comfort.org.uk for more info :)

Sure, this comes out of the box so to speak. You have four modes, day,
night, away, holiday. You can set all zones to do different things, if
you're in during the day, pick day mode and arm just the doors and outside
the house. Night mode, arm all downstairs, etc.
