If you think you need SDSL for hosting servers, look carefully at=20
both the contention ratios and the guaranteed times to fix. I've=20
included a ballpark LL cost for Central London (based on Globix=20
figures). Obviously, LL is FAR more price-dependant on location. I=20
don't choose Central London because it's representative - I choose it=20
because I have the figures to hand :-)

All ADSL have 256k uploads. SDSL is typically 4 to 5 times as=20
expensive as ADSL for the same download speed. DSL prices are all=20
based on Eclipse...

SDSL 10:1 256 - =A399

ADSL 512 50:1 - =A320.38
ADSL 512 20:1 - =A332
SDSL 10:1 512 - =A3150

ADSL 1024 20:1 - =A352
SDSL 10:1 1024 - =A3222

ADSL 2048 20:1 - =A382
SDSL 10:1 2048 - =A3340
LL 1:1 2048 - =A3850 (Central London, including managed router)

Mark
