Just powered up comfort for the first time and I need to access the
engineers menu to program.

I,m trying to enable the engineer sign in option, but only get
an "invalid" response.

Phone line is not connected, "phone trouble". "Ignore line
cut" is
not set yet.

Can anyone help?
