Yeah, I suspect that ours was a faulty unit rather than an example of the
brand.. although, Asda do seem to have had enough returned to stop stocking
them, but if you get a good one, you'll be fine.

Our unit is watchable using composite video on the bedroom telly. annoying
visual glitches now and then, and you couldn't use it on a projector/big
screen TV without going nuts, but fine for casual use.

For s-video, forget it...
