It could be a DNS related issue, I have 2 sites, one with the DNS provided
by O2 and the other is via freeparking. I can see the freeparking hosted
one
OK and not the O2 hosted one.
I can reach both control panels via IP address. When I query the DNS server
(as supplied on the joining info) the lookup query fails.
Probably doesn't help much, but explains why I'm getting mail via O2 whilst
the rest of you are reporting problems.
