Well I'd happily do it; it's bread and butter stuff for me.
And define critical? I run inkiboo.com, not exactly a critical website,
but the total two
downtime for web service has been less than 15 hours in the last year
(and could have been zero if I had bothered to set up a mirror backup).
Downtime for email? Zero.
It can be done.
