First off, is it possible to get a line of sight connection between the
two locations? If yes then things are a lot easier.

http://www.wlansource.co.uk/
are a good UK source. They do 24Dbi gain
parabolic mesh antenna but you do need a license for it. I can't
remember how much you can boost without needing a license but I'm sure
someone else on the list will.

Past that you just need to WAPs and away you go. Linksys have said they
will support the stronger encryption for wireless (and acronym escapes
me) so you might want to go with them.

Any more info needed just give me a shout.
