Questions on Ceiling Speakers

Looking at getting some of the ceiling speakers from Henry's discussed a
while back and wondering if anyone could tell me the exact clearance
required above the ceiling. On the web site it says 56mm but I think
someone
mentioned these protrude 15mm from the ceiling so is it 40mm from the face
of the plasterboard to the back of the speaker? I am pretty restricted on
space so need to know as close as possible what is required.

I also have an L shaped kitchen with the cooking area in one leg of the L
and the seating/eating area in the other, Given the size of the kitchen I
think I will need four speakers in there. Question is how do I lay out the
speakers to get the best sound (I said best not perfect ...this is for
background music). Do I put a pair at each end of the arms of the L or do I
mount them more in a row going right, left, then turn the corner of the L
and right, left again?

Room is about 6M by 6M overall with a 2M section out of one corner forming
the L.

Thanks in advance for the help

Mick
