RE: UKHA2003 Timetable

I *think* we've agreed that Saturday will run from 12:00 to 18:00 and
Sunday from 10:00 to 16:00, this allows plenty of set up time,
presenters will be arriving earlier of course.

Badges will be produced and sent out by post next week I hope, along
with agenda and other details.

Volunteers may be required, but I need to find out exactly how many
people we have arriving on the Friday, there may be enough to cover it
all already.
