RE: Water flow sensor



How about a PIR in the shower?  Then the light would come on when the
curtain is open.

But it might detect motion through glass, if the door is glass, and you
mentioned a door...

I could do that, but the delay between turning the shower on and the light
coming on would be at least 15 seconds I reckon (Combi Boiler). If I can't
get a reasonable price flow sensor, temperature sensor would be the next
best option, good idea! Maybe a sensor on the shower door but that isn't
very accurate with kids involved.
