Re: USB phone interface and personal gateway

Hi Bruno,

I know the Quicknet line of products, but it seems a little bit to
expensive
for home use..
..more... I need something on USB, because I have not any free PCI slot in
this moment.
Do you know the Actiontec USB Internet Phone Wizard?
http://www.actiontec.com/products/voip/ipw_usb/ipw_specifications_usb.html
It seems to have a very nice feauture.. you can use the same phone as for
the PSTN line for the Internet calls too...just dial ## to get the Internet
dial tone.

Anyone with some experience with this product? It is very cheap too (around
40 USD).
I want to know if it is compatible with some FWD supported soft SIP phones,
like SJPhone or X-Lite...

Best regards,
Dan
