Nik, both this and the rabbit are different, in that a siteplayer needs
another microprocessor in order to do pretty much anything, whilst the
Xport
should, and the Rabbit does, provide much more in the way of useable
processing power and IO resources..

Siteplayer's development kit is only $99.
Keith played with it, I think.
It's slightly bigger, but only $29 at the moment (special offer).
I think functionality is similar. Can you confirm?
Cheers,
Nik

I have been looking at the Wiznet solution which is similar in price but
a
little larger in size. I have the source to update the embedded program
and
it has 32k of available space. The problem is the KEIL compiler costs a
grand or more and I simply cannot afford it. I am therefore looking
towards
what I have already which will probably be micros based. We shall see
It does work well otherwise.

Be warned,
I understand that the development software for this will not be cheap.

Thats a quantity of 10,000 Units. Only 12 units for every member of the
UKHA_d list.
Cheers
