The smaller Gaggia's do make great coffee - so long as you only want=20
espresso or cappucino. It takes a bit of practice to get the coffee=20
making right, and the machine really needs 10-15 mins to warm up=20
before it's ready for action (even if the light goes off earlier).
The lack of an integral grinder is a bit of a bore, but not a show=20
stopper - it does tend to make the whole coffee making process a bit=20
messy though! (At least for someone as clumsy as me :-) Gaggia do a=20
matching separate grinder, or 15-20 quid will secure a=20
Kenwood/whatever counter top electric grinder. If you have any=20
Italian connections, the machines can be had for a bit less over=20
there (at least last time I looked) but you would want it hand=20
delviered, they are heavy & I'd wager the postage would cancel out=20
the saving.
