For an hour's recording I end up with a 2.5Gb .m2v file and a roughly
84Mb .m2a file, but this is after I demux it...
Initially when I used TyTools5 in VSplit mode I think I ended up with
these 2 files of the same size, but it's been a fair while since I did
it that way.
I haven't yet tried out v6 of this however. I think I will to see how
I get on when I get a moment. Bit of a Balls/Air/Juggling interfacing
drama occuring at the moment :))

The script is just a text file I prepare with notepad with a few
commands and parameters and functions in it. I tried setting up
TMPGEnc on another box when i was having some problems with this
script but I was utterly damned if I could get TMPGEnc to load the AVS
file. TMPGEnc doesn't list .AVS files in its files of type combo, but
you can select *.* and then browse to the .AVS file.
I don't have any to hand right now I'm afraid. Later, when I get home.
