RE: Quick SLIMP3 question

Just found this in the FAQ section on the web console for the SLIMP3
server:

How do I set up my firewall to allow the SLIMP3 to communicate with the
server?

Make sure that UDP ports 1069 and 3483 are open for communication
between the SLIMP3 player and the SLIMP3 server computer. Make sure that
TCP port 9000 is open for access to the SLIMP3 web interface.
Cheers
Claude

Just got it today. A big thank you first of all to Ken Watt for all his
hard work!! THANKS!
I have opened a port on my firewall and mapped it to the SLIMP3 port
9000 but I can't see anything from the outside world. Is this normal??

Regards

Michael
