For remotely controlling MP3 player on a PC via PocketPC. My MP3 server
out=
puts to my multi-zone amp so I get MP3 anywhere around the house and can
co=
ntrol it from my iPaq anywhere (with wireless CF card).

Feedback is vital!

I currently use a Pronto Pro, iPaq (with NetRemote and Vinyl), Fuji (with
MainLobby), PC and a Laptop to control my HA setup. I still have a big need
for something wall mounted that's not too big and can always be found
(unlike the Pronto, iPaq etc).

Feedback on one of these devices will give MP3 playing, heating status,
alarm status, Caller ID to name but a few. Loads more where they came from!

Paul.

i have to admit it seems a bit of a backward step to me to have a small,
hardwired display on a wall to control everything. i know they look cool,
but that is it as far as i can see.

what do people do with these that cannot be done with a pronto? (and yes
i
know a pronto cannot give you feedback but is that important?)
