They are AMD 100Mhz touch-sensitive tablet PC's.  The model number is Point
510.  They can have a resolution of 800x600x256 (iirc), but you will lose a
line down the bottom of the screen as the driver is not completely
compatible.  I just use mine in 640x480 which works fine.  It featuers one
PCMCIA slot and can hold up to 54Mb RAM.  The touch-screen can be operated
by styles or finger nail.

Bought from Laser for £200 (I think + VAT), upgraded the memory and
added a stylus since then.
