Hi Mick

I installed all av gear in node 0, and ran speaker cable to each corner of
my lounge plus center (5 in total). I terminated using 4mm faceplates
available from letsautomate / comfort uk. if i remember they are less than
a
fiver each, and fit on to standard backboxes.

again, at node 0 , i terminated with faceplates, making it easier to
manage.
finally, i am using xantech to control the amp and all of the sources from
the lounge . it all works a treat..
hope this helps

Did you use the Maplin terminal post thingys for your speaker faceplates
as
per James Hoye's tutorial or did you use something else (I ask because as
usual the things are on back order from maplin argghhhh).

Cheers
Mick
