MP3/WMA PlayList Generator

Hi,

All my MP3s / WMAs are stored like:

g:\Artist\Albums\AlbumName\Tracks

I'm looking for a script / utility (Windows based) that will traverse the
directory structure and create M3u playlists in each hierarchy level
containing all files underneath it. So going by the above, I'd end up with
multiple playlists - one covering "Artist" and containing
everything below,
one for "Albums" and containing everything below and one for each
"AlbumName". I want the playlist names to be derived from the
path (i.e.
Artist - Albums.m3u, Artist - Albums - AlbumName.m3u). And finally I want
the playlists to be generated in a separate directory (say g:\PlayLists).

I've looked at loads of different programs that are either completely
overkill (offering music management etc), or that claim to do what I need
but then don't.

Anybody got any suggestions before I spend a few hours writing my own?
This
is to be used to generate play lists for my Rio's.

Thanks,

Martyn
