Outdoor Floodlight PIR

We have one of those 240v halogen floodlights out the back of our house
that is controlled by a PIR linked into an AD10.  What I would like to do
is power the floodlight directly from the AD10 and then have the PIR sensor
linked into comfort.

Does anyone know where I can get hold of a 12v PIR outdoor sensor that has
an adjustable sensitivity range.  Or alternatively if I can some how doctor
the 240v PIR to work at 12v?
