If you look at the start of the programme, in the first few seconds, you

should see it sending the change channel keys (assuming NTL displays the

numbers like Sky does) and you'll probably see it missing out one of the

digits...... Coincidentally, the same thing happened to me last night
with one of SWMBO's shows, but I think I got away with it... ;> It's not

something that happens very often at all to me, since I removed red-dot
remover stuff which would sometimes
give it more IR problems.

Sorry, no, but just letting you know you're not just on your own.... if
it's a once in a blue moon thing, I'd just put it down to a fluke, if
it's happening more often, then there may be a problem with your IR
stuff - eg the transmitter might have moved a bit, or something fallen
in front of it, or sunlight shining on it etc, etc.
