8 channels on each floor is what I was thinking of, I should just about
manage it. The biggest load would be the lounge which has 8 x 35w 12v bulbs
on  210va and 150va trannies. So if the dimmer has a max load of 8 amps, I
better go work out what I can send up 2 x 1mm T&E :)

After seeing the prices of the switches, I've decided to do it a different
way, hurry up with that xAP-cbus connector Kevin ;)
