Hi Des

The 8 channel dimmer that i used each channel is rated at 1 amp so a
max of 8Amp per dimmer module.... How may light points are you putting on
each floor  + how may dimmer modules ?? What sort of wattage per light ??

You could have daisy chained the switches if you wished??
