It's unlikely that you are behind a proxy though given that you and Neil
are
practically on each other's doorsteps & He isn't behind a proxy.

Any other BY users out there who could check this out for me?

Heck, any users at all, BY or otherwise, who are behind a NetCache proxy
_may_
suffer the same problems I do....
