OT: Domain Tags

Hi All

Sorry for the OT.

I have a number of domains that I had registered with Freeola.co.uk. I
now wish to renew these domains with someone like ukreg.com but the site
informs me that the tag needs changing from freeola to ukreg? Freeola
no-longer host these domains, in fact some have expired but are still
registered to me?

Freeola want to charge me =A310+VAT for EACH Domain name to move these
domains? Surely if they no longer host them there must be another way?

Or am I stuck with an =A380 bill?
