The name Cisco should have prepared you for that.

If you do decide on getting a Vigor, I would recommend getting it from DSL
Warehouse and NOT SEG Communications (as someone has also suggested I
believe). We bought our Vigor 2600X from SEG directly. Today, we have an
additional requirement for a Vigor 2600 and as I know from the invoice of
the 2600X that the company is just down the road from us in Borehamwood, I
thought I would order it over the phone and pick it up in person to save
the =A310 + VAT P&P. To my surprise, SEG insisted on charging =A36
EXTRA to
the =A3149 + VAT price because of "the extra work that they have to do
for
personal callers". The revised price is therefore =A3155 + VAT.

I was disgusted with that attitude and started looking around for another
supplier and found that DSL Warehouse is selling the same model for
=A3150.39 inclusive of VAT and delivery. Needless to say, I ordered it from
DSL Warehouse and I rang SEG to let them know the good news.
