RE: US RCS graphical keypads...

Funny you should mention that. Just ordered a development kit for a screen
that looks the same. It also has the touchscreen overlay and is about
2.8"
diagonal so a bit smaller than a credit card. 128 by 64 graphical display
with backlight - looks lovely, just got to get it working.

The plan is to make it into a menu / display system. Very early days
however so don't go holding your breath. I am also planning to use it as
the basis for the scheduler I will be building for my I/O boards.

Mmm ... maybe an easier and more configurable solution than making one

etc?

Yes, I asked Craig at CSI about these some time ago, nice highly
configurable LCD pads as well as reasonably priced, and he was looking at
adding direct support to HV for them IIRC. I've not been keeping up with
that of late so I've no idea what the current state of play is with them
regards direct HV support.

But...

These are *begging* for xAP and/or xPL support so we could, in theory,
have
them working with almost anything.

And now over to the xAP/xPL wizards. ;)
