That site ( http://www.xplproject.org.uk ) was
put together using a portal
system called PostNuke, it's built on a MySQL database and the PHP
Scripting
language: very powerful, and quite simple to use. (and no: it wasn't subbed
out, my company does PHP development ;) )
The Flash Paul is referring to is Macromedia Flash, a presentation product.
and without triggering off another web holy war, I hope that this flash
site
is going to be for Intranet use only.. the last thing the net needs is
another Flash-based monster! ;)
